Hi, I fixed it by manually running "Rescan Available Python Modules and Packages" after pressing double shift.

I also get this issue sometimes using remote intepreters - even going into the interpreter options and forcing it to display the remote packages doesn't fix it (the 'missing' packages are there). I...
