pycharm updating indexes doesn't stop

im using PyCharm Community Edition 2021.1.3 x64 on Windows 8.1

when im open pycharm, pycharm always updating indexes over and over

Hi, there's been couple of related bugs but they have been fixed:

Could you please submit a new bug report to our tracker and provide Logs from **Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data** after reproducing the issue?
