2021.2 has not update button for web app

for following screenshot, i remembered that there is a `update` button, such that when we change the code, we can click this button to update classes and resources.
However, after I upgraded to 2021.2, this button disappear. Can I see this button again? Thanks!

Please try to expand the Services tool window and restart the IDE. E.g.,
Egor Klepikov I expand the service tool window and restart the ide, but still not found it.
However, i found that if i stop the tomcat, i can see the update button, just its color is grey, like following the screenshot:
while if the tomcat is running, i cannot see the update button, like following screenshot:
I am seeing this same exact scenario when running my web app. The update button is not showing even when the services tool window is full screen. I also tried the Run -> Debugging Actions -> Reload Changed Classes and this also did not update my changes classes.

Thank you! As a workaround I am able to use the keyboard shortcut cmd F10 to update the service while running.
