Unable to create groovy script

I'm encountering this problem when attempting to create a Groovy script in either a Java or Groovy project:

This issue is labeled as fixed but I cannot figure out how/where to get an updated build where it has been resolved. I am using the latest community edition:
IntelliJ IDEA 2021.2 (Community Edition)
Build #IC-212.4746.92, built on July 27, 2021

It appears that this has been fixed in build 213.2370. Is this build currently publicly available or do I just have to wait for it to bubble up to the main download page?
