Do not close settings window when pushing ESC key

I use vim emulation, and when editing template files or other text fields in the settings of CLion I constantly close the window and lose all my modifications because I push the escape key while already in normal mode. Can I turn this off somehow? I have removed all binds to the escape key in my keymap settings, but this is still happening and it can be pretty annoying sometimes. I don't really need a keyboard shortcut to close the settings window, so just removing the shortcut entirely is fine.

I really scraped key map settings, but I just can't find a way to disable it.
