Toolbox times out when trying to uninstall

I'm attempting to uninstall Android Studio but ToolBox just times out after about 5 seconds or so. I installed Android Studio using ToolBox. I just successfully uninstalled IntelliJ and reinstalled it.

Don't see a timeout in the provided logs. There is an error that IDE is still running: 

> Failed to uninstall Android Studio Arctic Fox 2020.3.1 Patch 2 Android Studio Arctic Fox 2020.3.1 Patch 2 is still running
 
Make sure all related processes are killed.
