Jupyter cell runs only after 2-nd <ctrl+enter>
1. Press <ctrl+enter> in jupyter cell - nothing happens.
2. Press <ctrl+enter> again - cell run
Why cell didnt run with first <ctrl+enter> ?

Are you running 2021.2.2? There was a regression, please update to get the problem fixed.
