Tool Windows settrings. How can I activate Run and Debug?

Hi,
I use Intellij IDE Ultimate 2020.1
When I started to use the ide for the first time, the Run and Debug sections were located below. After I click something (I just saw at the right bottom corner and clicked), the Run and Debug sections disappeared and the Service appeared.
How can I fix this?
Edit: I opened a new project and saw the window I clicked before:

Just delete any added run configuration types from the Services tool window:
