Commit and push button disappeared
I am using github and phpstorm.
But "commit and push" button disappeared.
I can't find the problem.
Toolbar->Git->Push
If I do like this, it works. But button is not visible.

Do you have any custom plugins (especially Git-related) installed by the chance?
I figured out a solution by accident. Click the Gear icon, then select Show Toolbar.
