Is the list of DefinitelyTyped definitions available for download being truncated?

Per the Configure JavaScript Libraries page, I navigated to Settings > Languages & Frameworks > JavaScript > Libraries and clicked "Download." A list of TypeScript community stubs is fetched DefinitelyTyped's GitHub repo, however, I went to select types for Vue.js, and I noticed that the list stops at libraries beginning with "T" - is the list of available type definitions being truncated by WebStorm? The DefinitelyTyped repo contains more libraries than what WebStorm shows, all the way through the letter "Z."
