Run On Target feature stuck at introspecting SSH server

The "Run on target" feature suddenly stopped working for me. When I use it, it stuck at "Connecting to [ssh host]..." step. And I can't find ways to stop it. I tried to configure new target but it also stuck at "3/4. Introspecting SSH server" step.
Any help?

May you quit IntelliJ IDEA, clean logs folder, reproduce the issue and share the newly generated logs compressed after that?
