Can I Delete the IntelliJIdea2021.2 Folder in AppData folder after upgrading to 2021.3

I found that these folders in the picture almost take up 4G space, it is safe to delete?

It is better to use ToolBox tools for that:

Thanks, the JetBrains Toolbox app looks good, I changed the manually installed version to the Toolbox version and fixed the issue.
