I can't hit the vertical re-size bar

I love the IDE, I just have one problem: I can't hit the 1 pixel wide line that is required to re-size the windows. Can you help?

the resize cursor should appear right near the vertical line.
Please upload your logs folder zipped from ***Help | Collect logs and Diagnostic Data*** to the FTP
