Multiple tools panels in single window.

Hello, im pretty new in jetbrain products.
In MVS2019 im been able to drag different panels into second window and place them in tabs.
Im tried to do same thing in Clion, but has failed.
I know, what i can move "Single tool to single discrete window" with VIew Mode->Window, but i want to drag multipile (all) tools tabs in single window, not multiple windows, to use it with second monitor.
How can i do this? Can i?
