Local changes tab breaks phpstorm
Whenever I open the local changes tab, the Ide gets unresponsive. I can't close it via the windows'x' button, nor using any of the buildin restart/ exit buttons. No shortcuts seem to work, however other modules like the editor and project tree seem to work just fine. I'm working on Ubuntu Linux with PHPStorm 2021.3.
The integrated diff tool shows "Error: Cannot show diff". In addition to that, the event log shows 'Unable to save settings: Failed to save settings. Please restart PhpStorm'. The console output contains multiple stacktraces, which I did not analyze in detail.
I attached the logs (Pastebin) and a screenshot of the ide to this post.
Any suggestions or informations would be appreciated

Looks like a bug, unfortunately can't find any other reports with this stacktrace on our tracker. It would be great if you could submit this to our tracker at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue for a corresponding team to investigate.
