Not able to activate IntelliJ with a valid PO/Subscription Pack

Dear IDEs Support of IntelliJ,
License was purchased by my employer, Wipro, through a third party, softwareone.com, and I am given a valid
1) PO Number / Customer PO Number
2) Pack
3) And the status being "Active" by Jan 10, 2022
However, myself and the support team of Wipro is having hard time to identify a valid activation code that would activate the Ultra version.
To begin with, how do I ensure the license info is tied to my JB account: ken.lee@wipro.com? And if this is not the right path, is activation code something entirely different from the above?
