How to setting up a PHP interpreter in PhpStorm?

I'm new to web programming and am having a hard time figuring out how to set up a PHP CLI interpreter. I'm not sure how to set up an interpreter, and the JetBrains tutorials appear to presume that I already have interpreters installed.
