Good afternoon, in one class I changed two words, after that the project does not start. Error Error running 'ARM': Cannot write to file C:\Users\Alexandr Zelenko\AppData\Local\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea2021.3\tomcat\5365a05d-8b8c-4688-a029-bde3b993ec1d\jmxremote.access. Does it help if you delete "C:\Users\Alexandr Zelenko\AppData\Local\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea2021.3\tomcat\" and try again?
Looks like some file permissions issue.
I am getting a similar issue with intellij not being able to find the web.xml file for tomcat. I also tried deleting the tomcat directory then starting up tomcat and IntelliJ and it still does it. This stems out of my run configuration for a local tomcat connection from the IDE to the server. I started noticing this after I installed my licensed version of IntelliJ20022.3 ... here is what I am getting.
Error running 'tomcat-dfm-local': Cannot load C:\Users\BMMuni\AppData\Local\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea2022.3\tomcat\577fe9fd-b286-4a8a-8b26-d4cb075aa56c\conf\web.xml: C:\Users\BMMuni\AppData\Local\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea2022.3\tomcat\577fe9fd-b286-4a8a-8b26-d4cb075aa56c\conf\web.xml (The system cannot find the file specified).
Do you use any antivirus software or data protection tool?
