IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Pop-up that won't go away (dismiss is broken)

Has anyone else experienced this? I cannot close it, so I have to stare at it for all of my sql files the entire time while coding.

What is the version of IntelliJ IDEA? We have fixed this bug in 2021.3.2 in the scope of https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-284784
