No JRE found. Please make sure $PYCHARM_JDK, $JDK_HOME, or $JAVA_HOME point to valid JRE installation.

32-bit OSs are not supported since 2019.1.
The latest version to support them is 2018.3, which you can download from https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/other.html
