table and column comment written by korean are mojibake

encoding setting is already utf-8.
i try to set font supporting korean but it`s not working.
How can I fix it?

Where do you see this - in SQL Text Editor or in Table editor? Please attach screenshot of the full IDE window showing this problem.
Please also provide idea.log (Help | Show Log in ... action) after IDE restart. For uploading you can use https://uploads.jetbrains.com or any file sharing service.
Also please check how does it work in other editors - do they display symbols correctly? Thanks.
