PyCharm and empty project

Thanks, but that's not what I had in mind.
I would like to create a web project without python and not using other templates. In other Jetbrains editors you can create an Empty Project.

I would very much like PyCharm allowing to create an Empty Project. Like other Jetbrains editors

That would be nice indeed, so far the only way to create a project without a Python interpreter is to click on open, navigate to the desired location, create a folder, and select it, this will open the folder as an empty project, but would be nice to have something like in WebStorm.

I'm getting used to the site and Youtrack, how can we make a feature request about this?
