Unable to Download Plugins in IntelliJ IDEA or on plugins.jetbrains.com

I just got IntelliJ IDEA today to have a good IDE to do some dev work i've been wanting to do and It worked right after i very first installed it and let me install some plugins, but after I uninstalled one now anytime I go through either the website or through the marketplace in app I am unable to.
Through the website after it pops up the Which IDE are you using popup that immmediately redirects to the download, instead throws an XML Error Page like a 403 response. Leaving out the HostID and RequestID as i doubt those are pertinent to this.

Through the app the spinner just spins forever and it never lets me click install or anything...
Any ideas?

Having the exact same issue on OSX right now.

Hi all, it seems there is a problem in our plugin Marketplace backend. We are checking this issue.
