Q: Can I get more structure structure info based on where my cursor currently is in the editor?

Answered

I don't believe this feature exists based on my searching in settings and Google, but I figured I should ask anyway.

As I navigate code in the editor window, I'd like to have the cursor inside the Structure window follow what I'm doing. So that when I jump to a class method in the editor, the method will automatically be highlighted and the class expanded in the Structure view so that I can see all the rest of the local structure.

Is there a feature similar to this, or one that might solve the same wish to easily see the structure of a class I am currently at in the editor? (hopefully not directly on the class name, but anywhere in the class)  Many thanks for any tips anyone's got :-)

You need to enable this option:

Thanks! I did have it selected and it wasn't doing this, but disabling and re-enabling it, now it is working! There is a delay of about 2 seconds. Does that sound normal, or is it possible I have a settings issue somewhere I need to fix?

(2 sec is fine, I just want to see if I can get that time down any more)
