数据库同步太慢 Follow

数据库表有1000~3000之间，每次同步都需要很长时间，有时候甚至需要30分钟或者更长时间，不知道这个有办法能快点没有

What database vendor is it? What version of DataGrip are you using?
使用的谁11.2版本的oracle数据库，
系统信息：Linux version 3.10.0-693.el7.x86_64 (gcc version 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-16) (GCC) )
我们的测试数据库，并非是单独占用一个服务器，这个服务器上还有一些其它项目，redis，Tomcat等，
系统内存和硬盘都是很大的，应该不存在反应慢的问题
测试网速也是极好的，使用的是这个网站：https://www.speedtest.cn/
而且我们数据库是只能内网局域网内使用，不公开的，
这是我个人的操作系统，内存是16GB，硬盘是512GB 的固态硬盘，
这是我使用的IDEA 的版本，应该算是很新的了
