How can I disable shortcut for Help in the Menu bar

Hi, I really would like to use CMD+Shift+7 as my keyboard shortcut for comment and uncomment line/block of code. But that also opens the Help menu in the menu bar, any idea how I can disable that?

I'm using the Sublime Text (macOS) keycap

You might need to alter your macOS key shortcut preferences, please check this comment:
