Fix the sidebar items

Hi!

Q1: How i can save the state like "Project", "Remote hosts" tabs, etc. not for only current project? (I want save positions for each new project)

Q2: How move "More tools windows" sidebar btn to right in new UI? (see attach)

You can save it as the default layout via Window | Save Current Layout as Default.

Doesn't seem to be possible at the moment. I've filed this as a feature request to our issue tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-297477/Ability-to-move-the-More-tool-windows-button

Also, i find one more issue. If open terminal tab with one width of screen and after switch to project tab, he have width like a terminal. And conversely.
