Jump outside closing bracket/quote didnt work in Jetbrains Client 2022.2.1

Hi, i am currently testing the remote development feature and I noticed that "Jump outside closing bracket/quote with Tab" does not work. When i type a quoted string and press tab, the cursor does not jump after the quotation mark, but a tab is inserted. The same as in the following post described:

The Setting "Editor - General - Smart Keys - Jump outside..." is activated for both categories "Smart Keys" and "Smart Keys on Host" 

Client Side: Jebrains Client 2022.2.1
Remote Side: Phpstorm 2022.2.1 Build 222.3739.28

Any ideas?
