How do I put forward and backward into the toolbar

I want to put "forward" and "back" in the overhead toolbar, how do I customize the configuration
any of the overhead toolbar can, how to set it ? thanks

BTW, note, that you can map a shortcut to any action (Preferences | Keymap | {type action name}), use extra mouse buttons (if you have 5+ buttons mouse) or touchpad gestures (for example, in mac it's two-fingers left and right swipe for "back" and "forward").
