Open external documentation inside PyCharm Follow

When I hit F1, the documentation popup usually includes a link to the official documentation. Here is an example below. Note that there is an URL in blue at the bottom of the documentation popup. I can click on this to open the documentation on an external browser.

Question: Is it possible to open those URL inside PyCharm(maybe using a plugin)? I do not want to open an external browser to read the documentation. It should be doable as PyCharm comes with bundled web dev technologies.
