Cannot find declaration to go to

Hi,
I see this error in most places in my project. I have tried invalidate caches/Restart, import using existing sources. But i see these red marks all over my project.

Try to delete .idea directory and reimport the project from the root pom.xml file per https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/maven-support.html#maven_import_project_start.
It did not help me, i started seeing more errors now.
