When you refer to "Intellij IDEA" do you say "Intellij" or "IDEA"?
I noticed in my team some just say "Intellij" and some say "IDEA". I was wondering what everybody else calls it? :-)

As a short name, I prefer to use IDEA when I speak about our IntelliJIDEA, it's because IntelliJ is a name of a platform for a set of our IDEs; you can see it at the top of this page:
So, IntelliJIDEA is like the full name of IDE where IntelliJ is its platform and IDEA is its specific name.
I've used IntelliJ for years and often just called it IntelliJ.
In some cases, I might say IntelliJ Community Edition or IntelliJ Ultimate, but I haven't called it IDEA.
I'm sorry, this doesn't help you since one person said they prefer IDEA and I'm say I use IntelliJ....
On the bright spot, it seems like either is acceptable.
