Meta: which community forum for general IDE platform questions?

This is a meta question. Which subforum should I be posting my questions in, if they are relevant for multiple/all JetBrains IDEs (i. e. common platform topics like appearance or font rendering)?

This one, IntelliJ IDEA Users. Most of the other IDEs are based on the IntelliJ platform.
