Pycharm venv debug UnicodeDecodeError

Could you please help with this issue? Application runs fine, but debug is not running.

OS: Windows 11

Hi, the debugger doesn't support streamlit apps at the moment.

Please consider using "Attach to process" or Python debug server instead.
