Maven project is not generating properly by Intellij 2021.1

Hi Team,
I have tried all possible ways to create a simple maven project using Intellij 2021.1 version. But the above issue is coming neither the POM file is generating successfully nor the src folder is getting generated. Its urgent, could please provide solution ASAP.

Do you use Maven or JDK from WSL? Will it work if you use local installed? Also please try to use newer IDE version.
No, I don't use it from WSL. I have normally downloaded JDK and maven and then installed it in mymachine by setting up its path in Env. variables.
is it possible to check the issue with newer IDE version?
