The login page opens up in my browser just fine. Is there an error message when you open it in your browser? Please attach a screenshot.

Is https://account.jetbrains.com/login accessible from another browser?

Is there a proxy server or a firewall in your network?

Make sure that proxy is properly configured in https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/settings-http-proxy.html, and the following endpoints are whitelisted in your network:

• https://account.jetbrains.com
• https://www.jetbrains.com
• https://download.jetbrains.com
• https://download-cf.jetbrains.com
• https://plugins.jetbrains.com

Sorry you can close the Issue. It has been a Disconfiguration on the Hardware Router.
