Funky UI - Unable to put Structure view pane below Project view pane
The new IntelliJ 2022.3.1 (Ultimate) UI seems to be quite funky:
1) My window/pane setup with the old UI used to be like this:
Left Side: Project View AND Structure View. Project on top, Structure on button
Middle: Source file view
Right Side: Database or Maven, sometimes in a split pane (DB on top, Maven no bottom)
With the new UI (2022.3) I am unable to dock the structure view right below the project view. Apparently, it is no longer possible that 2 views share the same pane (left/right/middle)?
Or at least, I couldn't figure it out how to do this....
Lastly, It is really complicated to configure toolbars and menu items. I tried to add a few git actions to the toolbar and gave up after fiddling around with the toolbar configuration ...
Overall the new UI is really horrible from a useability standpoint. Basic view alignments (left, right, middle) or split view are not possible. No drag&drop of views, confusing view modes....

Coming back in the next update.
From the FAQ at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/articles/IDEA-A-156/Main-changes-and-known-issues#Tool-windows:
> The split view, in which two tool windows could be open on the same side, is now only supported for horizontal tool windows.
