Could you please provide some additional information:

  • IntelliJ IDEA log file
  • Java crash dumps - java_error_in_*.log files in your user home folder
  • If java crash dumps are not available, please provide system crash dumps located in: Users/<user>/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
  • Check this article for some troubleshooting steps
