This doesn't seem to be the case with the upgrade to PyCharm2022.3, I've lost all the changes to my scratch files. Really frustrating. In previous version upgrades, old scratch files were moved to...

I symlink my .run directory to another repo where I store the run configs for all my projects. Then I can keep them backed up and synchronised across machines.
