Turn off make up function names that does not exist?

Is there a way to get auto complete to just auto complete and use existing methods? I just want to turn off the method where it makes things up. For example, if i have a function called fetch_expec...

4 years later and pycharm still frequently fail to stop the python program, how come it can't it just terminate the process?

Thank you for the clarification. I would never have came up with the idea to search for Close Active Editor, even if i had seen that one i would not associate it to closing the current tab i am on.

I can't get this working. The only close active tab that exist is for active tool window, and that closes the project view. How do you set it up to close the active editor tab?
