This connector is an Atlassian product, not Jetbrains.IDEA has bundled JIRA integration support, but it does not offer storing context in tickets.Feel free to submit a request for this feature.

Is your spring config located in the same module as your classes?Could you upload a sample project to reproduce the problem?

Sounds like http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-80181.Please try File -> Invalidate Caches. Does it help?
