Not sure about IDEA 11.0.0 release, but we'll definitely supoport it in one of IDEA 11 update releases.

This functionality is not available in the latest EAP. Working on this at this minute :) Tracked as http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-81816Help will be updated for IDEA 11.1 release.

For now you can Make the whole Project (Ctrl+F9) and then launch remote flash run config with 'ant' before run task. Please open a request to return 'Make before launch' check box.
