Check your Flex facet settings again,I guess you have output type = Application, but flexmojos Library project is imported

Import mobile project from FB is already fixed in today's EAP. "error while loading initial content" is also fixed, but for the next EAP.

Complete support is not done yet in IDEA, so you may use some workarounds like custom compiler config file. Work is in progress.
