This issue is known as well, but not yet fixed. There are several issues, one of them yours (http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-21739).

Apparently you have some debugged process executing. Unfortunately Groovy doesn't support hot-swapping compiled classes, so IntelliJ IDEA just reports you this fact.

Does this problem happen on IDEA's error highlighting or on compilation? Does it concern extending Groovy classes or implementing Groovy interfaces?

Has something changed? I've just googled JSR-45 in Grails and found nothing. Have I missed anything? If Grails supports it, there's a big chance JetGroovy will do the same in IDEA 9

My opinion hasn't changed. Would be great if the Grails guys support this JSR, until then we can do nothing.
