Workaround: Serttings -> Debugger -> JavaScript -> check "Show function values" (in your case it is unchecked now).

It is available in the 135 branch. Please try PhpStorm 8 EAP or WebStorm 8 RC.Will be available in the next IDEA 13.1.x EAP.

http://localhost:63363 is available only if PhpStorm is running. Docs updated, thank you for feedback.
