It seems 5.0.3 contains broken JB extension. New version of extension will be available soon (this thread will be updated).

Just for clarification: is your server (pointing to 127.0.0.1) configured as Deployment Server (Settings -> Deployment) (don't worry, it is not required, just for clarification)?

Please copy LiveEdit plugin folder from prev EAP (<app dir>/plugins/LiveEdit) to currrent. For some reasons LiveEdit isn't bundled with this PhpStorm EAP.

LiveEdit from plugin repository doesn't compatible with this EAP (only 124.247+ or 123.x).And yes, issue like http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-2363 can occurs.
