We can't reproduce this.Could you please attach the content of your .gitignore file, and given an example of a file which should be ignored but is proposed to be added.

Hello Dziamid,Why don't you want to cherry-pick or merge? It is a natural way to move changes between branches in Git. I'd say, much more natural than copy-pasting.
