Please use bugtracker for issues. It might be issue of the library, please try newer jsh jsch-0.1.46.jar or even jsch-0.1.48.jar. Put library jar instead of {application}/plugins/webDeployment/lib...

Thanks. I've got that issue. That functionality definitely works on Macs. Although it has some bugs hard to reproduce and fix.

Have a look at Sync with... action. It shows all differences, and does not copy anything until you tell it to.
