Please position caret inside 'http' string in "require('http')" method call and try to navigate to definition (Ctrl+B). Will you be navigated to http.js in "Node.js v0.8.15 Core Modules" library?

That article is about JavaScript Mocha test debugging and you asked about CoffeeScript Mocha tests debugging.The problem is that WebStorm 5 doesn't support CoffeeScript Node.js debugging.

To fix "PRIDE is read-only" error, you can specify /*global PRIDE:true*/Alternatively it's possible to specify PRIDE:true in "Predefined (, separated)" JSHint field.
