You may run gem install ruby-debug-base19x --pre. This problem should be fixed

What RubyMine version are you using? Do you have CoffeeScript plugin enabled in Settings | Plugins?

Eric, currently @gemset command is not supported. If you add ruby interpreter version (like 1.9.2@gemset) it should be picked up
